Pull Apart Melty Brie and Bread | Feel Good Foodie

I love baking brie and bread for the holidays and this blooming brie bread is a festive way to serve it. I like using this Member’s Mark Cranberry Walnut Artisan Loaf, but you can use any bread and any shape and size brie and fill the gaps with shredded mozzarella cheese.   1. DONT do that!

    Cut an X in the Brie, when it has gotten warm in the oven you can fold the edges of the skin over to reveal the cheese.

    That way you have both, meltier cheese and crispy rind.
