Dadinhos de Tapioca (Tapioca Dice) with Pepper Jelly | Recipe School

A typical Brazilian appetizer is found in most pubs and restaurants in Brazil. The Tapioca Dice (Dadinho de Tapioca) was created on 2004 by Rodrigo Oliveira in São Paulo. Today, we bring this recipe to you.

The Tapioca Dice can also be made with other kinds of cheese and can bring other ingredients such as fish, jerk beef, and other ingredients.

Kindly note to use the correct tapioca type on this recipe (the granulated one). The powder one is Goma de Tapioca and it will not work.
