Chocolate Molten Lava Cake/muffins

Easy-to-make mini-cakes with molten chocolate “lava” in the center. Rich and decadent. Serve warm and don’t overcook to ensure the centers ooze onto your plate after you dig in!
📍Required Ingredients

• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Chocolate
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 Cup Coco Powder


To make Chocolate syrup, put butter & chocolate in a Pan and Heat it .Secondly, Wisk eggs and powdered Sugar then add syrup in it , and mix well .Add coco powder ,baking powder and flour , mix in one direction very slightly.

📍Diffferent Baking Procedures
• Microwave at high power for 1 min & 30 sec.
• OGT/Convection – Preheat at 180°C for
10 mins & bake for 5-7 mins
• Karahi/cooker – Preheat at medium flame for 10 mins & bake at low flame for 8-10 mins .
