2 Types of Guanciale Pasta: Pasta Gricia & Pasta Amatriciana | Pasta using Guanciale

Today, I made two pasta using guanciale, pasta gricia and pasta amatriciana. I used spaghetti but I recommend bucatini or rigatoni.

They are very different, both very tasty in their own ways.
If you can find guanciale, I recommend giving it a try! It’s versatile, they also freeze well, so you can stock some up for future use!
